คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ดำเนินโครงการบริการวิชาการเพื่อยกระดับทักษะด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีให้กับเยาวชนหญิงจากโรงเรียนหญิงล้วนหลายแห่ง

โดยมุ่งเน้นการเรียนรู้ผ่านการปฏิบัติจริงในห้องปฏิบัติการ เพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้เยาวชนหญิงก้าวสู่สายอาชีพด้าน STEM และสนับสนุนความเท่าเทียมทางเพศตามแนวทาง SDG 5 และตัวชี้วัด SDG 5.3.4 ของ SWU Ranking

🔬 กิจกรรม “หลักสูตรการเตรียมอาหารและการเพาะเลี้ยงจุลินทรีย์”

เมื่อวันที่ 28 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2567 ภาควิชาจุลชีววิทยา คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ได้จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “หลักสูตรการเตรียมอาหารและการเพาะเลี้ยงจุลินทรีย์”

นักเรียนหญิงจาก โรงเรียนวัฒนาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 28 คน ได้เรียนรู้วิธีการเตรียมอาหารเลี้ยงเชื้อ การเพาะเลี้ยงจุลินทรีย์ และการใช้กล้องจุลทรรศน์เพื่อสังเกตการเจริญเติบโตของจุลินทรีย์ชนิดต่าง ๆ

ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ทดลองผสมสารอาหารในสัดส่วนที่เหมาะสมกับจุลินทรีย์แต่ละชนิด เรียนรู้วิธีการฆ่าเชื้อและควบคุมการปนเปื้อน รวมถึงการบันทึกผลการทดลองอย่างเป็นระบบ กิจกรรมนี้ช่วยพัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ และเปิดโลกทัศน์ด้านจุลชีววิทยาให้แก่เยาวชนหญิง ซึ่งถือเป็นการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการเลือกศึกษาต่อด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีในอนาคต

🔬 กิจกรรม “หลักสูตรเทคนิคการศึกษาจุลินทรีย์รอบตัว”

เมื่อวันที่ 4 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2567 ภาควิชาจุลชีววิทยา คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “เทคนิคการศึกษาจุลินทรีย์รอบตัว”

โดยมีนักเรียนหญิงจาก โรงเรียนสายน้ำผึ้ง ในพระอุปถัมภ์ฯ เข้าร่วม 58 คน

กิจกรรมเน้นให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ฝึกใช้กล้องจุลทรรศน์แบบต่าง ๆ และเรียนรู้วิธีการเตรียมสไลด์เชื้อจุลินทรีย์จากสิ่งแวดล้อม เช่น น้ำ ดิน และอากาศ ผู้เข้าร่วมยังได้ศึกษาลักษณะทางสัณฐานวิทยาของแบคทีเรีย ยีสต์ และรา พร้อมอภิปรายถึงบทบาทของจุลินทรีย์ที่มีต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม สุขภาพ และอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร การเรียนรู้ที่ลงมือทำจริงนี้ช่วยกระตุ้นความสนใจทางวิทยาศาสตร์ สร้างความมั่นใจในความสามารถของตนเอง และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาทักษะหญิงรุ่นใหม่ในสาขาที่ผู้หญิงมีส่วนน้อย

🔬 กิจกรรม “หลักสูตรการใช้กล้องจุลทรรศน์และการเตรียมตัวอย่างเชื้อจุลินทรีย์”

วันที่ 3 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ภาควิชาจุลชีววิทยา คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ จัดอบรม “หลักสูตรการใช้กล้องจุลทรรศน์และการเตรียมตัวอย่างเชื้อจุลินทรีย์”

มีนักเรียนหญิงจาก โรงเรียนสายน้ำผึ้ง เข้าร่วม 41 คน

ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้เทคนิคการใช้กล้องจุลทรรศน์เพื่อสังเกตเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ชนิดต่าง ๆ รวมถึงการแยกเชื้อบริสุทธิ์และการเตรียมสไลด์สำหรับย้อมสี ซึ่งเป็นทักษะพื้นฐานที่สำคัญในงานวิจัยทางชีววิทยา กิจกรรมยังส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนฝึกคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ และเห็นคุณค่าของการสังเกตเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ในชีวิตประจำวัน

🔬 กิจกรรม “หลักสูตรการศึกษาจุลินทรีย์รอบตัว”

วันที่ 10 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ภาควิชาจุลชีววิทยา คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ จัดกิจกรรม “หลักสูตรการศึกษาจุลินทรีย์รอบตัว”

โดยมีนักเรียนหญิงจาก โรงเรียนสายน้ำผึ้ง เข้าร่วมจำนวน 121 คน

กิจกรรมนี้เปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนเรียนรู้เทคนิคการตรวจสอบจุลินทรีย์บนผิวหนัง ในอากาศ และในสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมถึงฝึกการย้อมสีตัวอย่างเพื่อดูรูปร่างของจุลินทรีย์ภายใต้กล้องจุลทรรศน์ ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เข้าใจบทบาทของจุลินทรีย์ในชีวิตประจำวัน ตั้งแต่การย่อยอาหาร การหมักอาหาร ไปจนถึงการก่อโรค ทำให้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของความสะอาด และสุขอนามัย กิจกรรมได้รับความสนใจอย่างมาก สร้างความประทับใจและแรงบันดาลใจให้เยาวชนหญิงอยากก้าวต่อสู่เส้นทางวิทยาศาสตร์อย่างมั่นใจ

🔬 กิจกรรม “หลักสูตรการใช้กล้องจุลทรรศน์และการศึกษาโครงสร้างของแบคทีเรีย”

เมื่อวันที่ 16 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2567 ภาควิชาจุลชีววิทยา คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การใช้กล้องจุลทรรศน์และการศึกษาโครงสร้างของแบคทีเรีย”

นักเรียนหญิงจาก โรงเรียนสายน้ำผึ้ง ในพระอุปถัมภ์ฯ จำนวน 35 คน ได้เรียนรู้การใช้กล้องจุลทรรศน์แบบกำลังขยายสูง เพื่อศึกษารูปร่าง และโครงสร้างของแบคทีเรียชนิดต่าง ๆ รวมถึงการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างแบคทีเรีย ยีสต์ และรา

กิจกรรมนี้ช่วยเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสิ่งมีชีวิตขนาดเล็กที่มีบทบาทสำคัญต่อมนุษย์และสิ่งแวดล้อม พร้อมปลูกฝังการเรียนรู้เชิงสืบค้นและทักษะทางวิทยาศาสตร์เชิงลึก ให้กับเยาวชนหญิงในสาขาที่ผู้หญิงมีส่วนน้อย ตามเป้าหมายของ SDG 5 และ 5.3.4

⚛️ กิจกรรม “อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการฟิสิกส์สำหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา: การแทรกสอดของแสง การสั่นพ้อง และการสาธิตฟิสิกส์ขั้นสูง”

เมื่อวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ภาควิชาฟิสิกส์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ได้จัด โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “ฟิสิกส์สำหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา: การแทรกสอดของแสง การสั่นพ้อง และการสาธิตฟิสิกส์ขั้นสูง” โดยมีนักเรียนหญิงจาก โรงเรียนวัฒนาวิทยาลัย เข้าร่วมจำนวน 25 คน

กิจกรรมครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้และลงมือปฏิบัติการฟิสิกส์จริงในหัวข้อสำคัญ ได้แก่

  • การแทรกสอดของแสง (Light Interference) เพื่อศึกษาคุณสมบัติของคลื่นและการเกิดลวดลายแทรกสอด
  • การสั่นพ้อง (Resonance) เพื่อทำความเข้าใจพฤติกรรมของคลื่นเสียงและคลื่นกล
  • การสาธิตฟิสิกส์ขั้นสูง (Advanced Physics Demonstrations) ที่เปิดมุมมองใหม่เกี่ยวกับปรากฏการณ์ทางฟิสิกส์ระดับมหภาคและจุลภาค

นักเรียนได้มีโอกาสสังเกต ทดลอง และบันทึกผลอย่างเป็นระบบ พร้อมฝึกการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์จากข้อมูลที่ได้จริงในห้องปฏิบัติการ นอกจากนี้ยังได้แลกเปลี่ยนคำถามและแนวคิดเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์กับคณาจารย์และนิสิตผู้สอน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจลึกซึ้งในหลักการทางฟิสิกส์

Occasional Academic Service Project to Enhance Scientific and Technological Skills Promoting Gender Equality and Inspiring Young Women in Science
Aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — SDG 5 and SDG 5.3.4 of SWU Ranking (Women’s application in underrepresented subjects)

The Faculty of Science, Srinakharinwirot University (SWU) organized a series of academic service activities aimed at enhancing scientific and technological skills among female students from all-girls schools.

The initiative focuses on hands-on laboratory learning experiences designed to inspire young women to pursue STEM-related fields and to promote gender equality in alignment with SDG 5 and Indicator SDG 5.3.4 (Women’s application in underrepresented subjects) of the SWU Ranking.

  • Provide learning opportunities in science for young women in underrepresented fields.
  • Inspire female students to pursue STEM and technology-related careers.
  • Support the Faculty of Science’s mission of community engagement and gender equality promotion through the advancement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

🔬 Workshop: “Preparation of Culture Media and Microbial Cultivation”

On October 28, 2024, the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Science, SWU conducted a workshop on “Preparation of Culture Media and Microbial Cultivation.”
A total of 28 female students from Wattana Wittaya Academy participated in the activity, where they learned how to prepare culture media, cultivate microorganisms, and use microscopes to observe microbial growth.

Participants practiced mixing nutrient components suitable for different microorganisms, sterilization techniques, contamination control, and systematic data recording.
The workshop fostered analytical thinking and broadened students’ understanding of microbiology, inspiring them to further their studies in science and technology.

🔬 Workshop: “Techniques for Studying Microbes Around Us”

On March 4, 2024, the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Science, SWU organized a workshop titled “Techniques for Studying Microbes Around Us.”
A total of 58 female students from Sainampeung School under the Royal Patronage participated in the event.

The workshop focused on practical skills in using various types of microscopes and preparing microbial samples from the environment — including water, soil, and air.
Students examined bacterial, yeast, and fungal morphology and discussed the roles of microbes in the environment, human health, and the food industry.
Through hands-on experience, participants developed confidence, scientific curiosity, and essential research skills — empowering young women in fields where they are underrepresented.

🔬 Workshop: “Microscopy and Microbial Sample Preparation”

On March 3, 2025, the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Science, SWU held a workshop titled “Microscopy and Microbial Sample Preparation.”
A group of 41 female students from Sainampeung School participated in this practical training session.

The participants learned how to use microscopes to observe various microorganisms, isolate pure cultures, and prepare slides for staining — all of which are fundamental skills in biological research.
The activity encouraged systematic observation and helped students appreciate the role of scientific investigation in understanding the natural world.

🔬 Workshop: “Microbes Around Us”

On March 10, 2025, the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Science, SWU conducted a workshop on “Microbes Around Us” for 121 female students from Sainampeung School.

Students explored techniques for detecting microorganisms on the skin, in the air, and from environmental samples.
They practiced microbial staining and observation under the microscope to understand microbial diversity and their significance in daily life — from food fermentation and digestion to disease causation.
The activity received great attention and successfully inspired participants to pursue further studies in science, technology, and innovation.

🔬 Workshop: “Microscopy and the Study of Bacterial Structures”

On March 16, 2024, the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Science, SWU organized a workshop on “Microscopy and the Study of Bacterial Structures.”
A total of 35 female students from Sainampeung School under the Royal Patronage learned how to use high-magnification microscopes to study bacterial morphology and structure.
They also compared the differences among bacteria, yeasts, and molds.

This workshop helped students better understand microorganisms’ roles in human life and the environment, encouraging inquiry-based learning and deeper engagement with scientific exploration — in line with SDG 5 and SDG 5.3.4.

⚛️ Workshop: “Physics for High School Students — Light Interference, Resonance, and Advanced Physics Demonstrations”

On July 1, 2025, the Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, Srinakharinwirot University, organized a workshop titled “Physics for High School Students: Light Interference, Resonance, and Advanced Physics Demonstrations.”
A total of 25 female students from Wattana Wittaya Academy participated in this workshop.

The activity aimed to provide participants with hands-on experience in key physics topics, including:

  • Light Interference: Exploring the properties of waves and the formation of interference fringes.
  • Resonance: Understanding the behavior of sound and mechanical waves through experimental observation.
  • Advanced Physics Demonstrations: Showcasing macroscopic and microscopic phenomena that expand students’ perspectives on modern physics.

Participants had the opportunity to observe, experiment, and record results systematically while developing analytical thinking skills based on real experimental data.
In addition, they engaged in discussions with instructors and student mentors, deepening their understanding of core physical principles and stimulating curiosity toward further scientific exploration
